The T4F trigger point treatment is a manual form of therapy that has a myofascial effect, i.e. deep in the muscle. This can relieve tension pain and support the regeneration of all orthopedic complaints. By releasing the trigger points, the muscle tone (the tension in a muscle) is reduced.

In this way, muscular imbalances can be alleviated and, paired with the T4F medical fitness training (can be booked as personal training), even eliminated in the long term.

For example, if a joint is injured or inflamed, the tension in the surrounding muscles can be reduced so that the muscles exert less tension (pull and pressure) on the joint. As a result, the joint is less stressed and can regenerate better. The symptoms of tennis elbow ( epicondylitis humeri radialis) , golfer's elbow ( epicondylitis humeri ulnaris), carpal tunnel syndrome, patellar tip syndrome, ISG blockages, tension headaches and much more can be alleviated in their cause.

It is best to use the trigger point treatment preventively, before you feel more than "just" tension.

If you are unsure whether TRAIN4FITNESS trigger point therapy can help you with your physical deficits, please use the contact form to inquire.
