A detailed anamnesis with subsequent FMS (Functional Movement Screen) analysis form the focus. Thus, muscular imbalances and orthopedic deficits are analyzed, which can be remedied, for example, by trigger point therapy and/or personal training by T4F. Other parameters such as fascial pain sensitivity, SPO2 value (blood oxygen saturation without taking blood), blood pressure and heart rate can be recorded if necessary to complete the picture of your fitness level.

T4F Products, such as clothing with multiple sizes and/or color variations, are non-returnable as they are specially made for you. The T4F Products are exclusive and are only produced after payment. Therefore, shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 weeks. In return you will receive a very special product of the highest quality.

T4F training and trigger point therapy can help you alleviate orthopedic limitations. Internal training risks must not exist.
