TRAIN4FITNESS increases all physical abilities (coordination, endurance, strength, speed, balance, mobility) in order to gain more potential for the sport. T4F promotes body stability so that your health is maintained despite the hard stress of sport and your athletes have fewer failures.
You choose the location where the training is conducted by TRAIN4FITNESS. Simon is mobile worldwide. If you are from Augsburg, the training takes place in Bobingen at TRAIN4FITNESS outdoor, at your club or in a partner gym. If desired, a training camp can be planned in Döröske (Hungary, approx. 1 hour from Graz), the second location of TRAIN4FITNESS, or even anywhere in your favorite place on our planet. The stated price is based on training at the Augsburg locations.

All services are non-returnable. The booking is binding.
T4F Products, such as clothing with multiple sizes and/or color variations, are non-returnable as they are specially made for you. The T4F Products are exclusive and are only produced after payment. Therefore, shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 weeks. In return you will receive a very special product of the highest quality.

For all services and for the use of the T4F Products, your health must be sufficiently stable from a medical point of view so that you can train and/or use the products.
T4F training and trigger point therapy can help you alleviate orthopedic limitations. Internal training risks must not exist.
